Beschreibung:
Das GF-1 Blood DNA Extraction Kit ermöglicht eine sichere, ertragreiche und schnelle Extraktion reiner, hochmolekularer DNA aus frischem antikoaguliertem Blut und gefrorenen Leukozyten.
Die Proben werden unter denaturierenden Bedingungen mit einem speziellen Puffer lysiert und danach auf das Column gegeben. Dort bindet die DNA selektiv und reversibel an die spezielle Glasfilter-Membran, wodurch sie schnell und effizient gewaschen werden kann.
Zelluläre Debris, Enzyminhibitoren wie Hämoglobin und weitere Kontaminationen werden dabei quantitativ entfernt.
